Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Item is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item is not a final sale or clearance item
  • Item is not damaged or altered by the customer

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate the return process, please contact us at support@lynnda.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond to your email within 1-2 business days with further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take additional time to process due to Shopify Payments bank processing. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company to ensure the refund was not missed. If you are still unable to locate your refund, please contact us at support@lynnda.shop and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@lynnda.shop and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for orders over $75, to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
